What to Expect

As a new client of our animal hospital in Willis, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by one of our friendly client service representatives who will check you in and show you to one of our comfy exam rooms.

In the exam room you will be met by one of our skilled veterinary technicians who will begin your appointment by taking your pet’s vitals, as well as gathering basic information for the doctor, including asking you about your pet’s medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit. Then, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once the tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will work with you to determine the best treatment plan for your pet’s individual health needs.

Following your time with the doctor, your veterinary technician will return to wrap things up and provide you with helpful pet care information and answer wellness and care questions for you. Our front desk team will be ready at the front desk following your appointment to process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.

Please note: Our goal is always to see all our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible and appreciate your patience should a delay occur.
